I figure it’s better to be honest than let people buy unaware. So …
I wasn’t sure I even liked this at first taste. I guess I should have expected it from the name but I was given a real harsh kick from the spice. It made my mouth just about numb. Second cup of tea I let steep just a smidge shorter time and added a dash of my favorite creamer. It cut back a little bit on the spice (still, was fairly spicy) but kept the full bodied flavor … really brought out the apple – which I love. Overall, it’s a great tea – just not something I’ll drink everyday. It will be used as more of a special treat.
Truthfully, if the most you could handle is a lightly spiced tea this probably isn’t the tea for you unless you can really doctor it up.

Is this for real? I read the box: no calories, no sodium, no sugar, no carbohydrates, caffeine free. This does not taste like any herbal tea I have had before.
